1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy describes how ИП Полетаев Сергей ("we", "us") processes personal data of users of the BrowserView application ("Application") and website browserview.app ("Website"). We operate in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2. Data We Collect

When paying for a subscription:

• Email address — for issuing the license key and contacting you
• Payment identifier — for accounting and refunds

We do NOT collect and do NOT have access to:

• Bank card data — processed exclusively by YooKassa (NCO "YooMoney", Central Bank of Russia license No. 3510-K, PCI DSS Level 1)
• Content of the websites you browse
• Screenshots, mockups, or other files from your computer

3. Application Data

BrowserView runs locally on your computer. The application:

• Checks the license — sends the license key and email to our server for validation (encrypted HTTPS connection with ECDSA response signature)
• Checks for updates — contacts the Sparkle server to check for new versions
• Does not send — analytics, telemetry, usage data, or content of the websites you browse

4. Website Data

The following services are used on the Website:

• Yandex.Metrica (ID: 106778137) — for traffic analysis. Includes Webvisor (visitor session recording) and click maps. Yandex.Metrica Terms

The Website does not use third-party ad trackers or cookies for advertising.

5. Contact Form

When you submit a message through the contact form, we receive your email and message text. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.

6. Data Storage and Security

Subscription data (email, license key, status, dates) is stored in encrypted Yandex Cloud storage (Russia). Retention period: during the subscription and 1 year after it ends. License validation responses are signed with ECDSA P-256 to prevent tampering.

7. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• YooKassa — for payment processing (email, amount)
• Yandex Cloud — for subscription data storage (infrastructure)
• As required by law — if required by the legislation of the Russian Federation

8. Your Rights

In accordance with Russian personal data legislation, you have the right to:

• Request information about your processed personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
• Withdraw consent to data processing

9. Children's Privacy

BrowserView is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have received a child's data, please contact us for its removal.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the update date. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
